Step 2 经典表达
1）In answer to……
In answer to+your advertisement in today's newspaper for a sales manager, I wish to tender my services.
本人从今日的报纸上获悉贵公司招聘销售经理的广告，特此应招。
Tips：in answer to……是求职信函开头常见的句型，意思是“作为对……的答复；响应；看到、听到……就……”，类似的开头方式还有 with reference to/in reply to/replying to/learning from 等。
2）I'm writing to……
I'm writing to+apply for a position which requires analytical skills in the financial or investment field.
今特来信，欲申请财务或投资领域需运用分析技巧之职务。
Tips：I'm writing 是书信开头的基本句型，其后接不定式，表目的。
3）I feel that……
I feel that+I am competent to meet the requirements.我觉得自己的能力符合这些要求。
Tips：I feel that 后接从句，表明从句的内容只是个人的看法或者观点。
4）I'll be graduating from……
I'll be graduating from+Peking University in July with a master's degree in Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics.
我将于今年7月从北京大学毕业，并将获得外国语言学及应用语言学的硕士学位。
Tips：句型中的 shall/will be doing sth.是将来时态的一种形式。
5）I'm the only student to……
I'm the only student to+have won such a prize in our university so far.
我是本校迄今获得此项大奖的唯一的学生。
Tips：这是表达个人强项的有用句型，the only……to do sth.意思是“唯一做某事的人”。
6）I was honored as……
I was honored as+one of the National Ten Outstanding Youth in 2010.
2010年我荣获“全国十佳青年”称号。
Tips：be honored 意思是“给予荣誉、称号、表扬”。
7）Should you……
Should you+entertain my application favorably, I would endeavor to give you every satisfaction.
假如应征获得青睐而进入贵公司服务，本人必以排除万难之决心，为贵公司工作，以符厚望。
Tips：这是在正式场合使用的句型，用虚拟语气的倒装形式表示委婉的请求，其原来形式是：If you should entertain my application favorably，……英语中，如果是对将来的情况进行假设，且if 从句中的谓语使用的是 should+do sth.结构，此时就可以省略连词 if，从而形成 Should+主语+do sth.的倒装句式。
8）You can contact me……
You can contact me+by 137……or at jobseeking@163. com.
你可以拨打我的手机：137……，或者发电子邮件到jobseeking@163.com。
Tips：contact sb. by……/at……是提供联系方式的常见句型。
9）Please find enclosed……
Please find enclosed+a resume and a photo.
随函寄上简历表及相片各一份。
Tips：Please find enclosed意思是“随函附上……”。
10）Look forward to……
Look forward to+receiving your response.
期盼您的答复。
Tips：Look forward to 是书信结尾的常用句式，后面接名词短语或
者动名词，意思是“盼望着（作）……”。
