1.1.2 齿轮的应用范围和特点
各种齿轮有其各自的特点,根据其特点被应用在各种传动机构中。GB/T10095.1—2008和GB/T10095.2—2008中,将每种齿轮划分成不同的精度等级。精度等级不同,齿轮的应用范围也就不同。精度的选择又和使用的条件有关,这些使用条件又以圆周速度的大小为选择齿轮精度等级的最主要依据。各种齿轮的应用范围和特点见表1-4。

3.渐开线函数invα
渐开线函数的展开角θ又称为压力角α的渐开线函数,工程上习惯用符号invα表示θ角,其关系式如下:
invα=tanα-α式中invα、tanα中的α为角度值,最后的α为弧度值。
根据渐开线函数的关系式列出了渐开线函数表,见表1-5。

模数代号是m,单位是mm。
标准模数规定见表1-6。选取时,优先采用第一系列,括号内的模数尽可能不用。

5.公法线长度Wk
Wk=(k-1)pb+sb 式中 pb———基圆齿距(mm);
sb———基圆齿厚(mm);
k———跨齿数。
通常在测量公法线时不一定就跨3个齿,跨齿数的多少与齿轮的齿数及压力角有关;此外,还应该考虑测量位置在齿高方向中部附近,如果多跨一个齿,公法线长度Wk就多增加了一个基圆齿厚sb,如图1-3所示。

6.当量齿轮齿数zd
在计算斜齿轮时,将遇到当量齿轮齿数这个名词。在加工斜齿轮时,可以使用加工直齿轮的刀具。因为斜齿轮在法面上的齿形与直齿轮的齿形相当接近,且模数相同。基于这个原因就假想斜齿轮法面上的齿轮为该斜齿轮的当量齿轮。当量齿轮齿数zd与斜齿轮实际齿数不同,它们之间的关系如下:

7.变位齿轮
将切齿刀具与被切齿轮的相对位置改变Xm值,这样加工出的齿轮称为变位齿轮。
当刀具标准位置远离被加工齿轮时,称为正变位切削,如图1-4b所示。
当刀具标准位置更深入被加工齿轮时,称为负变位切削如图1-4c所示。
在变位齿轮中又分为高度变位、角度变位和切向变位三种

8.冠轮齿数zc
在锥齿轮的计算、制造以及锥齿轮加工计算方面,将遇到冠轮齿数zc这个概念。有的书中称为冕轮、圆齿条、平面齿轮、平顶齿轮、产形齿轮、平顶产形齿轮、平面产形齿轮等。冠轮齿数zc指的是能与一对共轭锥齿轮相啮合的假想圆齿条的齿数或节锥角等于90°的锥齿轮的齿数。冠轮齿数zc可由表1-7查得。

1.1.4 标准齿形各部的名称及其公称尺寸
齿轮的基本参数因各个国家规定的制度不同而不同。我国齿形制度规定采用20°,其他国家有的采用14.5°,也有的国家采用15°等。GB/T10095.1—2008《圆柱齿轮 精度 第1部分:轮齿同侧齿面偏差的定义和允许值》中规定了齿轮的原始齿形要素。
1.齿轮原始齿形要素
原始齿形是齿轮基圆直径无限大变为齿条时和渐开线变为直线时的齿形。对于锥齿轮,指的是冠轮的大端齿形展开。齿形要素如下:
1)模数m见表1-6。
2)压力角α=20°。
3)齿顶高ha=m。
4)齿根高hf=m+c。
5)齿距p=πm。
6)齿厚s=0.5p。
7)顶隙c:圆柱齿轮取c=0.25m;锥齿轮取c=0.20m。
8)齿根圆角半径ρfp:圆柱齿轮取ρfp=0.4m;锥齿轮取ρfp=0.20m。
当用插齿法和剃齿法加工圆柱齿轮时,允许增加顶隙,c=0.35m;短齿齿形允许增加顶隙,c=0.30m。
当用剃齿法加工圆柱齿轮时,齿根圆角半径必要时减至0.25m;对于圆柱齿轮短齿齿形,ρfp=0.46m;对于锥齿轮,ρfp=0.31m。
为了提高齿轮的疲劳强度,齿根部分可做成连续的平滑曲线。
2.齿形修缘
当齿轮在传动中圆周速度较大时,根据设计需要,可按表1-8数值进行修缘。所谓修缘就是倒去齿顶尖角

2.基本齿廓上的修缘是一条直线,但允许修缘部分为均匀凸形的曲线。
3.在下列情况下,齿轮不修缘:因修缘结果,在直齿轮传动中使重合度ε小于1.089,或在斜齿轮传动中使ε小于1时;当斜齿轮的螺旋角β大于17°45′时。
