This Part is the second part of DL/T 5210.

This Part is formulated in accordance with the document-Notification on Issuing 2008 Industry Standard Project Plan（NDRC-Office Industry［2008］No.1242）issued by National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China.

The contents ofThermal Power Construction Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard-Boiler Section（Construction Quality［1996］No.111）issued by the Construction Coordination Department of the former Ministry of Power Industry of the People's Republic of China have been used as references during the drafting course of this Part.

Annexes A，B，C，D and E of this Part are normative annexes.

This Part is proposed by China Electricity Council.

This Part is interpreted by Electric Power Industry Thermal Power Construction Standardization Technical Committee.
