5.3　Evalustion Contents

5.3.1　The evaluation of any single project construction quality shall be carried out item by item according to contents of the project sections（scopes）and the evaluation items of this Part.The statistical analysis shall be carried out by combining site random inspection record and the quality acceptance records for different inspection lots，subentry projects，subsection projects and unit projects；and the score shall be given according to project sections（scope）and regulated contents of evaluation items（corresponding table）.

5.3.2　When any one of following situations occurs，a single project excellent evaluation shall not be carried out：

1　Materials and products prohibited by official state announcements are used.

2　The actual evaluation score for any project section（scope）or evaluation item shall not be lower than 85% of corresponding standard score.
