1　Scope

This specification covers the series of seamless and welded stainless steel pipes with nominal diameter in sizes DN 6 through DN 750，and seamless and welded carbon steel and alloy steel pipes with nominal diameter in sizes DN 6 through DN 3400 in petrochemical industry.

This specification is applicable to steel pipes in petrochemical industry，it is not applicable to instrument tubes.
