在竖向设计上,项目设计将±0定在地势高点,将一期地块的建筑楼体都设置在平台之上,形成半地下车库,减少机动车入库难度,降低土方开挖成本及地库土建成本。
在单体设计上,项目设计将竖向交通拆分为景观竖向交通(电梯)和消防竖向交通,使每个办公单元从入户到进入办公单元之间均享有私家空中绿化庭院,有效地改善办公微气候并提升办公空间的品质。
The project is located in the core area of Lilang Industrial Park in Longgang District, Shenzhen. The block is south to Second Gan Li Road, facing to the large mountain park, and north to Sixth Gan Li Road.
Vertical design: High ground is set as ±0. Buildings of the block (PhaseⅠ) are built on the platform. There is a semi-underground garage, which can reduce the difficulty of EMU storage, as well as the cost of earthwork excavation and the construction of basement.
Monomer design: Vertical transportation has been separated to Landscape (elevator) and fire control vertical transportation. Both each office unit and its access can enjoy a private air green courtyard, which effectively improve the office micro climate and office space quality.

7# and 8# building belong to industrial acceleration zone. There are commercial facilities on the first and second floor. Standard-layer building plane is combined with core tube, which makes each household of each layer can own their own green space. 9# building is used as dormitory and administrative office. Double corn tubes design is adopted. 10# building offers administrative and comprehensive service. Air garden is set on the 3rd floor.

Water system and green belt are used as the medium of separation. The community is separated naturally from the outside. Visitors can feel the breath of the waterfront in each corner, from community space to living space. Perfect harmony are achieved, such as building and water, building and people. Buildings are arranged from south to north, from low to high. The community is combined with the landscape. The design combines with the simple and natural Spanish architectural style which integrates with the noble temperament, making the community more mysterious, restrained and steady.

Buildings are arranged reasonably, to ensure continuous change and landscape view and to strengthen the participation of public landscape area. A picture of a never-never land has bean created, by using the design concept of keeping quiet in a noisy neighbourhood.

The core concept of this plan is to respect and recycle nature, and integration of urban space environment. The residential community is premium, natural, elegant, making people feel comfortable and free, because of its overall layout basing on people oriented. Combined with architecture, landscape, sunshine, green space and water system, pleasant living environment will appear. High-end residential units are focused, such as small high-rise and multi-storey residence. Most of the house type is north south transparent. Space interest will be added because of using the change of set-back model. The feeling of internal use of space is also important. The architectural style combines the Prairie architectural style with the new Asian style, extraction of its elegant architectural vocabulary and involving Oriental living philosophy. This design emphasizes the culture communication between western and China. The architectural form is well-proportioned with pleasant detail.

项目设计试图建立一个清晰的图底关系。如果将商业的橱窗及广告看作大型商业立面的基本功能,它自然可以作为一个连续而均质的基底,在其外侧浮现的是厚重的浅黄色石材幕墙,轻与重交织错落,并通过两种标准立面单元的组合加以展示;在重要的出入口部位设置一系列镶嵌LED的椭圆,以不规则的圆柱体量及独特的幕墙肌理彰显具有标识性的空间特征。中央广场作为最主要的口部,承载着北城天街的对外形象展示功能;其设计灵感“伞”的概念,伞形的构筑物既可作为下沉广场和首层临时展台的遮盖,也可作为与其相交的各层商业室内空间在外立面上的延展。同时,LED及激光广告技术的运用使其成为一个对外展示的炫彩大伞,即北城天街的一张名片。
The project tries to build a clear figure-ground relation. If the commercial windows and advertisings as the basic function of large-scale commercial facade, they can be used as a continuous and homogeneous substrate. The thick, pale yellow stone curtain wall is used on the outer surface of building. The effect is achieved by combination of two basic standards facade units. The important entry and exit has a unique spatial characteristic, by using a series of Elliptic and irregular cylinder with LED, and special curtain wall texture. As the most important part of the central square, the central square has the external image display function of the whole commercial project. The concept of "umbrella". The "umbrella" is used shaped structure can be used as a temporary cover for the sinking square and the first floor. It can also be used as the outer facade extension of commercial indoor space. At the same time, the structure, as a card of Longfor Paradise Walk, becomes a colorful umbrella with external display function by using of LED and laser advertising technology

F.ICO®is committed to become an international scenic spot. This aim will promote redevelopment of this area to attract more visitors. Visitors will be offered delicious food and relaxing facilities.

A large area of glass curtain wall is uesd in the facade. Sence of Geometrical esthetic can be felt by using form of blocks and windows; becomes of material texture and elegant color, the building is kind, natural, and full of sense of the times. Commerce
North Block-Commerce along the street, on the west and north side of the block will be established as experience and leisure area, and the south as community and living area, the east as fashion and leisure area.
South Block-Commerce on the west side of the block will be built as Experience and leisure area, which continues the function along Yinshan Lake. This design has become a business tie. Commerce on the west side becomes a community and living area.
Residence:
The principle of beauty, use economy, as well as "people-oriented" is used and wet, static and dynamic space have been separated. Public space, semi-private space, and private space are sequential progression ensuring that the enjoyment of residential landscape is the most for residents.
Business office:
There are two high-rises for business office, east and west, which the east one is along the street, and the west one is on the west-north side of the block. This arrangement makes the block achieve a various urban skyline.

在建筑造型方面,使草原建筑风格与新亚洲风格相融合,取其典雅的建筑语汇,且融入东方居住哲学的思考。立面因其匀称的体量和丰富的细节而显得简洁、典雅、清新。建筑色彩以江南传统色调“灰白”为基调,体现了清新脱俗的居住文化。
The project is in the east of the Stone Lake Scenic Spot, the Youxin Elevated on the east side. The other three sides are surrounded by the Stone Lake Scenic Spot. On the west side, there is a lake, which has a view of a giant. The project uses the principle of resource level corresponding to product on layout planning, from west to east, from high to low across multiple product levels. The community has formed a planning pattern, small group in big community, by creating three horizontal and one vertical axis system. We achieve the goal of landscape products maximization.
The architectural style combines the Prairie architectural style with the new Asian style, extracting its elegant architectural vocabulary and involving the Oriental living philosophy. The building group seems elegant, and fresh because of the facade with symmetrical volume and rich details, and reflects a kind of clean, refined living culture by using gray, which is the traditional color of Jiangnan.
