Work in groups to do a survey of the sales of air-conditioners used by Gome Appliance Co.Ltd and then write a survey report,which should include:

1.Type of air-conditioners;

2.Purchase reason,the rate of complaints and market-sharing,etc.;

3.Comments and suggestions on the future sales of air-conditioners,etc.

Task 16

Work in groups to prepare a PPT presentation of the report and then make the presentation in class.
