四、结语
互联网金融的蓬勃发展推动着我国金融内部结构发生深刻变革，互联网金融不仅充斥在银行、证券、保险、基金等金融行业，也通过互联网支付、P2P贷款、众筹等形式呈现在人们面前。互联网金融在改变金融行业的同时也引发了对“金融知识+互联网知识”的人才需求。但是，鉴于互联网金融是新生事物，社会公众对其了解较少，我国关于互联网金融的人才储备不足，从而造成人才供给的巨大缺口。金融专业硕士作为实践导向型人才的培养产物，必然在培养方式上对互联网金融产生的金融变革作出反应。通过增加互联网金融的教学内容，充分利用和扩展互联网金融实验室和实验基地，重视互联网金融的案例教学，完善互联网金融的双轨制师资队伍，以互联网金融实践为导向，培养单位注重培养过程中的跨学科、融合性、体验性、应用性与前沿性，逐渐转变金融专业硕士的培养方式。

Analysis on the Change of Training Mode on Master of Finance under Internet plus Era

Abstract：The vigorous development of Internet finance not only has an important influence on the financial theory and practice，but also leads to the increasing demand of Internet financial talents.However，due to the short time of the development of Internet finance，relative shortage of talent reserves occurs in China，which causes the huge gap in the supply of talents.The transformation of financial practice and the excess demand in the talent market lead to the change of training mode of Master of Finance which is practice-oriented.By increasing the content，taking advantage of and establishing the laboratory and experimental base，paying attention to the case teaching，improving the dual system of teacher of Internet finance，the training unit should gradually change the training mode，and constantly improve the training of talents with the characteristics of“financial knowledge plus internet knowledge”.
