第三节 八卦连环阴阳掌走转掌之母拳
八掌势,动作简单,容易掌握,是初学者入门和进一步深造的基本掌势。其他复杂的掌势均在此基础上演化而来,因此又称“母拳”。在锻炼时,每一掌势都可以左右换势练习。在本书图解及说明中仅以左势为例,右势与左势相同,只是方向相反。
一、单换掌

要点
1.下蹲腿的膝盖不得超过脚尖,身体下坐时腰要搨,重心要稳,切忌上体前俯和突臀。
2.上托掌与下插掌,搨掌与下插掌用力都要协调一致。
3.穿、推等掌法两臂都要有拧劲和裹劲,不要左紧右松,或右紧左松。

要 点:钻身时,左掌向前推顶,左臂要平,整个钻身过程,左臂的高度尽量保持不变,锻炼时可采用扶树或请他人握住手掌等方法,用以控制臂的高度来进行。
